During her research into her genealogy, she discovered that the name belonged to the oldest known ancestor in her family tree. In Yoruba, "Àbákẹ́" translates to "To be loved," a meaning that resonated deeply with her vision for the space. 

This powerful alignment of heritage and purpose inspired the creation of a community-driven haven, one that honors both her roots and the shared connections between people.
